Adams Plumbing and Heating, as a union affiliated small business, has a special interest in Labor Day. It became a federal holiday in 1894 and grew out of the social and economic advances due directly to the organized labor movement in the 19th century.
Today in the 21st century, most people think of Labor Day as a shopping event. We know that all advances are hard won, and these had a very positive effect for all employees. Adams Plumbing and Heating holds its team in the highest regard.
